How To Effectively Deal With Traffic Ticket AttorneysThere are plenty of good uses for traffic ticket attorneys… honestly I can’t think of one right now. I don’t use them. If you’ve been reading over the other articles on this site, you’ll know that I’ve made a career out of getting traffic tickets of all kinds. Am I a bad driver? You may think so, but I think not. I just get caught a lot where others may get away with it. I don’t get in accidents or anything, just speeding and parking violations is all I typically get caught doing that I should not be. I can’t help it, I love to speed, I get on the open road and nothing to stop me, well, almost nothing… the police likes to stop me in that case… so then I get a ticket, the have a court appearance in which I have to show up. Most people automatically think that a traffic ticket lawyer will do the job in helping you remove the offence from the record, and often times they will. I don’t want to make it seem like they are totally worthless, even though I kind of feel that way about lawyers in general… just kidding. But seriously you can do what a lawyer is going to suggest you do pretty easily, and that’s request that your ticket be adjudicated. If you’re rich and don’t mind forking over that money for legal fees, by all means, the world is yours! I like to save my money, thank you very much. So here’s what I do. I dress up really nice, looking very professional. I wear a suit and a tie. I wait for my name to be called, and I sell all the other traffic ticket attorneys waiting with their clients sometimes, or even representing them as they may not be present. Anyhow, I wait for them to call me up there, and I stand in front of the judge. They ask me how I want to plead… I say guilty. Then I request for the ticket to be adjudicated. This is what the traffic ticket attorney would ask you to do anyway. So congratulations, you saved yourself a few hundred bucks by researching online and reading this article. Now, this is not a foolproof method, but it’s close… worst case scenario you’ll have to take defensive driving and get your record cleaned up a little later, but either way you’ll be fine and have a clear driving record. |
